Lane test E: add docs/keyboard.md listing the app's existing keyboard shortcuts as documented in README.md. No other change.

Outcome

Added docs/keyboard.md listing README's shortcut (Space). Per the operator, S and Enter/Escape are left out and README is unchanged. Quick gate passed; PR #16 merged. Follow-up: the docs miss S and Enter/Escape.
