Add focus ring CSS variable

public/styles.css: add a --focus-ring colour variable on :root and use it for a visible :focus-visible outline on buttons and links. CSS only.

Outcome

Added --focus-ring (var(--accent)) on :root plus a 2px offset :focus-visible outline on buttons/links; removed 2 duplicate rules. Quick gate green, visual check light+dark OK, review pass. PR #6 merged (bfb6db3).
