Fix the [CLAUDE.md](http://CLAUDE.md) page count: line 3 says "two static pages" but the site has three. Correct the count; change nothing else.

Outcome

CLAUDE.md:3 now says "three static pages" (public/ has index, reports and settings). That word is the only change. Full gate green; PR #2 merged.
